RACQUETTEERS (Roberts, 2018)
A mockumentary about two women stuck in the 1980s and who have an undying life style. Starring Rose Gordon, Dana Crawford, and Veronica Mendoza. Written, Directed, and Edited by Raine Roberts. Shot on Sony FS-700.
Drifting Down (Roberts, 2018)
A journey into the inner world of a young girl by passage of an enticing window. Rotoscoped movement, hand-drawn images, and painted backgrounds create the aesthetic that reflect the mindset of the young girl. Created in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe AfterEffects.
Embodied (Roberts & Mendoza, 2017)
A short documentary on three people’s experiences with sexual assault and abuse, how they coped, and how they view love now. Shot on Sony FS-700.
Masked (Roberts, 2017)
A short film that sequences a progression into conformity. Ultimately asking the question, does conformity make us happy? Shot on Black Magic Pocket Camera.
La Faux Chatte (Roberts, 2016)
A satirical story about a depressed French cat, and her existential crisis. Shot in Super8.
